Victor Alejandro Ortiz Ramos: A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, he completed his primary education at Academia San Jorge in Santurce, Puerto Rico. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus in 1996. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree with Cum Laude honors from the Eugenio María de Hostos School of Law in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He has experience as a trial attorney in both the public and private sectors in Puerto Rico, practicing in the areas of Constitutional Law, Contracts, Estates, Family Law, Cooperative Law, Administrative Law, and Notarial Law. Since 2018, he has resided in San Antonio, Texas, where he practices Immigration Law in both the private sector and with Non-Profit Organizations. In May 2025, he will establish his own office in the northeast area of San Antonio, Texas, with a commitment to serve the city’s immigrant community with dignity and affordable prices.
